Sliceball 4.2.3 introduces a new app icon
A ball over three bars on a warm brown gradient, with dark and tinted appearances on iOS and a themed version on Android 13 and later.
October 9, 2026 — MayBolt Media today released Sliceball 4.2.3, an update for iPhone, iPad and Android with a new app icon. The update changes the icon and nothing else in the game.
A new design
The new icon shows a ball over three bars on a warm brown gradient. It replaces the green three-bar icon the game launched with.
Dark and tinted appearances on iOS
On iPhone and iPad, the icon is designed for the latest version of iOS, with light, dark and tinted appearances that follow the Home Screen setting.
Themed icons on Android
On Android, the icon is an adaptive icon, with a themed version for Android 13 and later that takes its color from the wallpaper.
Availability
Sliceball 4.2.3 is an update on the App Store for iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, and on Google Play for Android phones and tablets with Android 8 or later. There is no account. It is in English.
