Common questions
Is the game out yet?
Not yet. It's coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. The store links go on the game page the day it's live.
Does it have ads?
Yes. A banner shows on the results page after a ride, never during a ride or after a crash. A full-screen ad can show when you tap Ride Again after finishing a ride, never after a crash or in your first 3 finished rides. A rewarded ad only plays when you choose it: Double It doubles the coins you just earned, and Keep Riding lets you carry on after a crash.
How do I play?
The rider pedals on their own. On the ground, swipe up to hop, swipe down to duck, swipe left for a wheelie, and swipe right for a nose manual. In the air, swipe left to backflip, swipe right to front flip, swipe up for a tailwhip, tap for a barspin, and swipe down to drop fast. The How to Play button on the results page shows every move.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no login.
Do I have to sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games?
No. Signing in is optional, and the game only asks if you tap Leaderboard or Achievements on the results page. If you skip it, the game plays the same.
How do I keep riding after a crash?
Tap Keep Riding. You can pay 100 coins or watch a rewarded ad. It's your choice, and declining never blocks play.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the game?
Yes. Your coins, best score, and settings stay on your device, and there is no cloud save. They may be included in your phone's own backup. Deleting the game removes the save on that device.
How do I change my ad consent?
Where the law calls for it, a Privacy button on the results page and on the screen before a ride opens the consent message again. On iPhone you can also turn tracking off for the game in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Ads settings. Stuck? Email me.
Is Ink Rider suitable for children?
It's a general-audience game and isn't designed for children. There's no chat and no account, but it has ads. The privacy policy has the details.
