MayBolt Media announces Ink Rider, a BMX trick game for iPhone and Android
A BMX game where every landing leaves paint on the street. Swipe to flip, build a combo, and get your best jumps back as a comic page.
October 10, 2026 — MayBolt Media today announced Ink Rider, a side-view BMX trick game for iPhone and Android. It will be available on the App Store and Google Play. Store pages and a release date are not set yet.
Your rider pedals. You do the rest.
On the ground, swipe up to hop a barrier and swipe down to duck under a sign. Swipe left for a wheelie or right for a nose manual, and keep it balanced for points. Hit a kicker and the air is yours.
Launch off the kickers
In the air, swipe left to backflip and right to front flip. Swipe up for a tailwhip, tap for a barspin, and swipe down to drop fast. Mix tricks in one jump to multiply its points. Touch down level for a PERFECT and build a combo. Land badly, or while a trick is still turning, and you bail and lose a helmet. Lose all three and the ride is over.
Spray the street
Every landing sprays paint across the street, walls, and props where you touched down, and the paint stays for the rest of the ride. Your score fills the ink can. Finish for one star, fill it 60 percent for two, and 90 percent for three. Spray Alley is the course in the first release.
A comic page of your best jumps
When the ride ends, your best jumps are laid out as a comic page, with a sound-effect word on each panel. Share it with a tap through your phone's share sheet.
Leaderboard and achievements
Post your best score to a leaderboard and earn 14 achievements through Game Center on iPhone and Google Play Games on Android. Signing in to either is optional.
Availability
Ink Rider is not in the App Store or Google Play yet and has no release date. It is being built for iPhone with iOS 15 or later and for Android phones with Android 8 or later, in landscape. There is no account. The privacy policy is published now. Store links will go on the Ink Rider page the day the listings are live. Screenshots and a gameplay video will be added to the press kit when the game is ready to show.
