Sliceball 4.2.2: coins, privacy, and new press shots
I updated the site for Sliceball 4.2.2. Three things: the shop currency, the privacy policy, and the press kit.
Coins, not cash
The Sliceball page, the support FAQ, and the press kit said cash. The game calls it coins, so the site does too. You still earn them on every clear. They still only buy new balls and stacks. None of it costs real money.
The privacy policy
The Sliceball privacy policy is dated September 25, 2026, and it covers what 4.2.2 does with ads. Each time the game asks Google AdMob for an ad, AdMob also takes a bid from Unity Ads, and whichever bid wins serves the ad.
Some US states, California among them, let you opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. Where that applies, Options → Manage Ad Consent shows up in the game and opens the opt-out. The game passes that choice to Unity Ads as well as Google.
When the game first starts, before any consent question, Firebase registers a random installation ID with Google so its services can run. Until you allow analytics, Google Analytics doesn't read or store an app instance identifier.
I don't run a crash reporter of my own. Google's ad code reports its own crashes and performance to Google, and Unity's includes an ad-quality component that reports diagnostics to Unity.
Press kit
The press kit has the 4.2.2 screenshots, captioned store shots and clean captures with no text, and the 4.2.2 App Store preview. The zip is rebuilt. Use any of it. If you need a shot that isn't there, email me.
That's the site side of this one. If a page is wrong, the support page comes straight to me.
